中国公安部はこのほど、知的財産権侵害犯罪の取り締まり強化に関する指導意見を発表し、5つの典型事例を公表した。今回の取り組みは、企業の技術革新を保護し、高品質な経済発展を支えることが目的だ。
公表された事例には、ソフトウェア著作権侵害や営業秘密侵害、家電分野の知財侵害、偽ブランド玩具の製造販売、食品偽装などが含まれる。
ソフトウェア著作権侵害事件では、山東省棗荘市公安当局が摘発を行い、16人を逮捕し、販売拠点5カ所を摘発し、違法コピーされた建設用ソフトの暗号キー約2000個を押収した。営業秘密侵害事件では、浙江省寧波市公安当局が国外に不正に秘密を提供していた事件を解決し、12人を逮捕。新エネルギー企業の技術秘密26件を差し止め、企業の技術安全を守った。
また、安徽省宿州市では、偽ブランド冷蔵庫2000台以上を製造・販売していたグループを摘発した。北京市朝陽区では、ネット配信を利用した偽ブランド玩具販売事件で48人を逮捕し、偽造玩具50万点以上を押収した。
